Notes on pulling EEC-IV codes

I cannot find a broken or disconnected hose, how should I go about looking?
 






The sticker under the hood has a vacuum diagram.

As near as I can figure, those two pieces should be the same size? the one on the right is for the fuel pressure regulator, the one on the left is for the ac. other than that every hose looks ok.
