EGR Pressure Feedback (DPFE) Hose / Pipe for 1997 V8

I need replacement EGR Pressure Feedback (DPFE) Hose / Pipe hoses are they 4 and 5.6 mm as in the kits sold today? the large metal pipe nipple is 7.9mm were hose slips on.
1997 v8 external EGR pipe.

Auto parts stores sell high heat egr hose just have them cut you some

Dorman makes a decent metal egr lines for these
The old metal dpfe sensors get plugged up i regularly replace them with the newer plastic ones

1/4 and 3/8
