Electric Door Locks

The electric door locks on my '01 Sport Trac started to intermittently lock (by using the door lock switch and the remote) but they will unlock either by using the remote or the door switch. When I try to lock them inside with the door switch, I hear a relay clicking behind the radio area. Exactly where is that relay and is that the probable culprit? Thanks

Electric Door Lock Issue: 2004 Sport Trac

Ever since we purchased our used ST in 2010: The interior door switches lock, but will not unlock the doors; which is especially annoying for the rear doors. Two presses of the key fob is rear door unlock SOP.

Keyless entry pad, key fob, and autolock operate the door locks as designed.
