...I decide I would rebuild it myself...
Did you decide to learn how first?
...it came with no instructions on how to install it...
Sounds like your decision to rebuild it was premature.
...please advise me as the best way to do this...
Depends on your definition of "best". For most people, the best fix is to take the vehicle to someone trained & equipped to diagnose & repair it.

Well yes I did learn how to rebuild a the electric rackband pinion. But there are any advice on how to load the bearing it jus shows it put on the shaft and free spinning I had it on ther but it was bindings I took it off I and have tried numerous way to load it but I keep binding and the bearing came with 3 pack of balls and there's is no way all will fit so that why I ask that questions also I will tell u this has been a learning experience I have worked on car and trucks since I was a young teen so the pre.ature decision is not very premature as it is the safety of my kids here I only wanted to see if someone else had done it I will get it either way I jus wondered if they is a easier way to load the bearing tha KS for all the help guys

Welcome to the Forum Michael.
Did you use OEM parts when you replaced the rack? If you ordered the parts from the Ford site then you paid too much. Levittown Ford is a forum vendor and offers a discount on shipping for members. I don't know if this shows the parts you replaced; https://parts.levittownfordparts.co...5l-v6-gas/steering--steering-gear-and-linkage
