Electric window stopped working

Does anyone have the know how on how to take the panels off of the drivers passenger side door so I can check if it is the switch or the motor. Both switches are not working from the driver control panel and the door itself so I am thinking it is the motor.

I also have a flaky rear window. I looked in the Haynes manual and there is a detailed explanation of how to remove the panels, diagnose the problem (switch vs motor) and r&r procedure. Pix included.
Suggest you get a Haynes manual and check it out. I got mine at Advance Auto --- about $30 US.
I haven't gotten around to fixing mine yet, so I can't offer any further thoughts.
