As my x ages the plastic plugs and clips are becomeing rather fragile and it seems like everyother one is broken. Does anyone know of any kind of repair kit for these things other than a roll of tape? My maf wire came off of the sensor housing today scaring me into thinking that i needed a major repair. Just wondering if there was another fix (cleanerlooking) before another wire falls off and scares my Wallet.

unfortunately, no.
Ford does not offer connector repair kits ( sadly GM does though )
Visting a junk yard ( excuse me a " automotive recycling facility " )
Seems like the only soluition.

you can just buy the plugs... or use your own... I plan on changing over to a more efficient rc style deans plug when mine go... gold plated and low resistance...

the next challenge is finding a junk yard in my area that actually has explorers.

You Know I happen to know where you can get EVERYTHING you need. Just ask. Come on man you even know about it. :) Just give me a call or IM sometime
