Electrical Issues: High beams and turns??

When i turn my high beams on, and use my directionals, an annoying constant buzzing sound comes from the dash, and the fuse for my power seats and door locks blows.

This has happenned twice already in a week..... any ideas???

well the initial problem is common
search " Multi function switch " replace that and see if the fuse problem goes away. I have never heard of the fuse popping in conjunction with the switch, but lets take that out of the mix and go from there.
