2005 Explorer keeps blowing fuse #15 , can't see an obvious problem
 






Something is wrong with your car. This is the only possible answer to your question.
Unless you specify were this fuse is located. BJB or CJB ? For a start. Any other information could be usefull as well. Like how it happened, when etc.
 






My mistake, it's Fuse # 17 under the dash. Power windows, radio & fuel gauge will not work. Disconnected radio & windows, still didn't help
 






One thing to keep in mind, your problem will rarely be unique. Someone on here will most likely already have had the same issue.
I used the forum search function and just typed 'Fuse 17' in it.
This is the first posting that came up. There were others as well, start here though.
