Electrical problems

Hello all I got a problem .So my car wouldn't start the other day.So I got a jump from my neighbor he hooked the cables up wrong and shorted out some stuff.First I thought it was the battery so I got a new one but my gauges don't work my radio don't work my windows don't work and dome lights don't work.Car starts just fine run great but I can't tell how fast I'm going or how much gas I got.Any ideas will be helpful.I checked relays actually changed them all.Still nothing please help.

Make sure you double check your fuses. You've got both boxes, one under the dash and the other under the hood. Sounds like that's your issue.
