Ok guys here is a new one on me. I have an 04 explorer, base model, 4.0 about 151k on the clock. I have been having an issue that when I turn on the headlights and the wipers, the wipers only go one speed no matter the setting, also the e-brake warning light and ABS warning light come on. These lights do not come on any other time and no CEL is not lit. I have changed the MFS and Headlight switch. Everything is fine when the headlights are off, parking lights can be on wipers are normal just when headlights turn on, I did forget to mention the washer motor also engages when headlights come on and yes I have unplugged that problem still persists. Any thoughts?
