Another option (if you wouldn't have an immediate emergency) would be to write a how to article, and submit it for a few months of elite time. You could always do it at a later time after your problem is resolved.

Or you could just ask the question in the proper regular forum, and get an immediate answer.
But still become Elite, of course.
