Don't know what state you are in, but I'd just pick one up from a wrecking yard.
 


















I can't imagine why they would be missing from junk yards, I always see them. If you have to, its easy to make your own.
 






I didn't know they were available new. Mine is in decent shape but I just ordered a spare from FR-425. My problem is with the gaskets on the ends.

You can use that flex hose stuff & it will work just fine. Just be certain both ends are secured. The TB side & the MAS side.
For the breather hose, you can buy a little breather filter & either secure it to the fitting or the end of the stock hose.

Don't do this. The crankcase vapors are pulled in through the PCV valve (constant vacuum). This sucks air through the crankcase so new air needs to come in, that's done through the breather tube under the oil fill neck. This means, if you stick a filter on the breather tube and no longer have it connected to the air tube between the MAF and throttle body, you're sucking in unmetered air. It will throw off your performance and fuel economy. The computer will compensate but it will still cause issues.

Agreed. Actually tested this an hour ago, when I was working on the truck. Put it all together and it started and ran fine, but seemed just a touch rough. Noticed I'd forgotten to connect the PCV hose to the oil fill neck; after reconnecting it the truck ran better.

These cars are very rear in my country, used parts, too.

I have some friends, coming from Canada soon, so I thought to buy that replacement part form my first post, and ask them to bring it here.

I will probably try with that replacement part....

A bulletproof method is to use a 90 degree silicon coupler on the throttle body, either a straight or 45 degree silicon coupler on the MAF, then any kind of straight tube in the middle. Auto parts stores usually have aluminum tube in different sizes, as well as the couplers.

Yes it can be shiped. I used United States Postal Service web site, try to calculate cost for sending it... around 100$.

But this information - "Looks like the same hose may have been used up to 2000." is very useful... I will try to find used part form newer models and try does it fit.
 






Just make sure it's off an OHV version. The SOHC 4.0 may be different.
