Not sure how but my radiator fan has been eaten away.
So I must replace it :)
What would you all recommend as a performance replacement to keep my truck nice and happy.
I have looked around on the internet and have not had much luck. :/

There really aren't any options for "performance" replacement mechanical fan. There are 11 blade fans which work better than 10 blade fans.

If you need more low speed cooling capacity (when wheeling etc) then you want the Hayden Severe duty fan clutch. It will hurt your highway mileage some since the Hayden Severe duty clutch will still spin the fan at 30% even when its disengaged but you wan't be able to get much more air flow with it.

will a 11 fan blade work from a newer explorer?

I would think that first, you need to find out what caused it to be "eaten" away.

I had the same problem but I replaced the fan blades with treated lumber and no more termite problem.

Perhaps an electric fan conversion is in order?

kobe when you say an 1800 fan do you mean 1800 cfm? just curious im about to put a new rad in my x and ive thought about an electric fan but im not sure on what cfm to get
