2004 Explorer 4.0 SOHC K-Vin (flex)
Was riding down the road when the "Check Gauge" light came on. Looked at the cluster and saw oil pressure was reading 0. Hit the gas and it went back to normal. Figured it was the oil pressure sensor.
Tools: 3/8 stub ratchet, extensions, 3/16 deep well socket.
Turned driver side tire out. Removed a couple clips to get the mud gaurd out of the way. Note: someone said you could get it easier from under the car. Disconnected it from clip. rest was pretty easy. Some pics to follow.
Total time 15Minutes.
**About 2 tablespoons of oil came out when I removed the old one, but that's it.
