Engine question

I have a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac, 4x4 with four doors.
My question is where can I get a new or rebuilt engine for it ? I'm not that mechanical and I'm looking to buy and have an experienced person put it in. Id like to get one that's good on gas.

Best option get a good used 4.0 sohc 2003 or up, it can be from an Explorer, Ranger, Mustang, and just use your existing valve covers, intake, wiring harness, etc, on that engine, or you can get a rebuilt longblock from ebay, or jasper, maybe a few other sources.

As far as better mpg, drive lighter, get a tuner, cat back exhaust, or do a custom 4bt swap.
