engine shake

when i turn my truck off it sort of shakes and squweeks anyone know what this could be from.

Do you mean: dieseling??

Engine "run on" after the key is switched off.

This sounds something like preignition or detenation. Not good. This can wreck havoc on the engine from valves, pistons, rings, bearings and crank journals. Without going into pressure waves, unburned gasses, flame fronts or mayonnaise. I'd be scheduling a tune up.
