Engine splash shield

The splash shields on my Explorer are missing. Do these look like the correct ones?

I might just hit up a junkyard when the temps get out of the single digits.

I'm not sure though as I don't own a '99 V8. But, they are the same ones/part numbers listed on rockauto.com. $8.06 each + shipping on there. Search vehicle make/year/model/engine>body-exterior>inner fender.
I believe in later years (my '03 Sport Trac) they put just a short little one under there. Covering about the back 1/3 of the well/opening. The front 2/3 left open. I believe for better engine compartment cooling? or just cost
You will probably need some "christmas tree" fasteners as well.

i got mine from RockAuto. they fit perfectly and look like they'll last longer than the original ones did. time will tell... i believe the right and left sides are different. on the pic from ebay they look to be the same.

I too bought a new set from RockAuto. Both sides are
the same shape, but one side has a fastener hole in
a different position. Very minor difference...
