Error Code 402

My Explorer, an 03 EB V8 w/ 55k, has been full of issues... i have to believe they are related somehow. Anywho, my newest issue is the error code 402. Any ideas out there? In case anyone is interested in a list of issues this truck has, I've included it below

- engine has a slight miss (the fuel delivery sensors have been serviced... also new plugs)
- have had an EGR error a time or two...
- the 402 error happens constantly.

DPFE sensor , or maybe the hoses going to it are leaking.

I believe I replaced the DPFE sensor when I was getting the EGR codes...

Well, the hoses will blow out-it's hard to see unless you pull them off and look real closely

also-it's possible the vacuum solenoid isn't switching vacuum to the egr valve,or,the EGR valve is sticking.

Check all of this and I'm sure you'll find the problem.
