Has anyone done duals coming out before the rear passenger tire, i have the mac catback, and i was thinking of putting a Y-pipe in and running dual exhaust coming out there, any idea how this would look? or how tricky the job would be. and maybe how much it would cost? Any pictures would be great thanks.

re :

I think i did what you want to do, for looks really. 2 into a 50 flowmaster, one out, to a Y pipe by the right rear shock, and then they split with 2.5's and make thier way back to the bumper one on each side, to 3.5 / 45 degree slash. i really like it. suprisingly no rattles. i did take the spare out, and have that covered in the rear cargo area, strapped down. takes up some room, but doesnt bother me, especially if i have a flat haha.

that would be nice, but i'm lookin for it to come out before the rear tire, like the lightning exhaust.

Most of this type of work is gonna be a custom job. I was quoted a price of $450. Thats mainly labor. But it can be done. Gonna try and go with a dual in dual out muffler, or maybe go with two mufflers before the rear axel and have them out the back.
