Okay here is a pic of what I did. You can see the back part of the manifold and how its not to thick where the bolts go through. Then look at where the dipstick is mounted and you can see how much thicker the area is where the bolt goes through. I pulled the dipstick tube out. (You have to anyways to get the manifold out) And cut the original tube where it bolts on. Not all of it just where it would interfere with the new manifold. Then I got a small piece of steel (small bracket for hanging stuff in garage I think) And drilled a hole to fit the manifold bolt. I then put the manifold on with all bolts torqued down and then slid the dipstick in and matched where the two pieces lined up and ran a small self tap screw through. And all done! cheesy I know but dipstick sits straight in like it always did and it is held in place so it worked for me. Also easy and quick to take tube out if I ever needed for some odd reason. :)

Hope it helps some. These pics are from under the hood leaning on the drivers fender looking down at the manifold and dipstick tube.

Yup, Im having a baby (wife is) in December so was cool to be around the events. Not in the room of course but watching new baby get cleaned and things. Really is amazing. Makes me even more excited for my kid, find out what we are having tomorrow!

Will be for sure when we have our kid. My wife was in there with her sister and said it was amazing. Well worth the 1,000 miles of driving in two days!
