exhaust problems

So I am having some exhaust leakage problems and it seems the X could use some new pipes...What I have now seems to be in pretty good shape but maybe replacing it is the best idea. Now for some reason i've got to cats and my muffler is a 2 in 1 out. What is the most economical option that will give me a nice sounding exhaust without breaking the bank?
