Hey there, just wondering what you guys were doing for your exhaust. Aftermarket, or custom and what were your thoughts. Did it make a big improvment over all in how your sport trac perfomes?

Thanks

Thanks for the replies, just wondering if you notice any real power increases doing an aftermarket exhaust on these ST's. I tow a small trailer in the summer and it would be nice to have a little more "jam" when I need it. Something that sounds cool would be nice as well. I put a magnaflow system on an 05 focus I had in the spring but did not like the sound at all.

Thanks

I noticed a difference in power, especially when I put my boot in it. Towed a somewhat heavy and very full enclosed motorcycle trailer filled with my kids' belongings from upstate NY to PA and I'm convinced it went much easier with the exhaust.
Sans any trailer, I picked up about 3 mpg on the highway if it's flat and I keep it to 65-70 mph. City mpg did not change.

i took out the last cat back and replaced with 2.5" single in out flowmaster out the back with a 3 x 14 tip. sounds great nice and deep mellow not raspy at all. i think it it is a lot smoother through the power band don't notice it so much at low rpms but 3200 up it is a lot healthier. but i use a f350 or my lightning or Lincoln to pull trailers the st is the family car for trips and hauling people still love the truck

ps that set up cost me $225.00
