@jtoman, see the below. It's awesome. It's a German Mustang tracking site that can pull the info we need.

Question... maybe I should ask in the recall section... but does anyone know if the recall notice will reset to "no recall" once its been performed?

Yeah, once completed it will show no recalls as the system only shows what is open.

I don't know what is custom about this one but it is in stock and it's a good looking vehicle

Interesting info Blwnsmoke! I know a lot of Ford Performance guys. I asked them and they said they have heard problems at CAP but have no insight into the problems. They also echoed a large delievery hold but zero details. I was worried mine was being repaired offsite. But it’s status is autowarehousing. So what you said makes sense. I wonder if this only efffects ST’s with Street or performance options. With 18,000 on hold has to also be something else.
Hi MarkDL here. I am still waiting for my 2020 Platinum after ordering on 3-6-19. No date yet. Loaded with only e caption being beach seat second row.

Mine shows the same status as delivered at the rail yard.... which is right next to the mustang plant... so I’m guessing it was actually delivered there for whatever is going on.
MarkDL here. All cars go to rail yard and split out from there. I am 80 miles from the E poorer plant in IL and was told it was built 6 weeks ago. Still no word from dealer, pursuing with Ford. A Platinum loaded, with the only odd option being the second row bench seat. Recall on the trans a problem? Not sure.

MarkDL Correction: bench seat second row. They told me it was already built 6 weeks ago. Live in IL, so trans should be short. I gather all cars go to rail no matter where their destination is. How up there? Or mfg delays/recalls.

Another week without any sort of status update on either orders, that's 5 weeks now that the Explorer has been sitting in Michigan. It didn't hit for the re-call either. :dunno:

I ended up buying a platinum a week ago Monday and won't you know it , my atlas blue ST with the track package arrived at the dealer yesterday. You you can,t wait any longer it is in stock as of today at Art Hill Ford in Merrillville In. Ask for Steve. Good luck to all.

My Atlas Blue ST/Tech/Sunroof/Street pack has been in “production” status since June 27th. This is getting a little ridiculous.

How did you have it optioned? I am in that neck of the woods (well in Bremen, but Merrillville is an easy drive across 30).

Loaded with the track package. They sold it Saturday, but have a blue one in today. Can't tell you the options on it. The owner had ordered it.

Has anyone heard any more from contacts at CAP? there are a LOT of angry people out here that have ordered these vehicles and have waiting over 2 months with no information other than their order is still "In Production" I find it truly amazing that Ford really thinks this is acceptable and those ordering a vehicle should not receive any info about the progression of their order in today's instant info world. Anyone??

thats amazing that yours went from in production 7/12 to awaiting shipment 7/13. I've been "in production 7/18" since, well, 7/18.
