About 8 months ago, I started this thread: http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=292346

At that time my '02 Explorer's driver's side window was stuck down. I bought a new master switch off ebay and all worked well.

Now, it is stuck down again. I doubt it's the switch again so soon. Also, I hear a clicking in the door when I push the up button but nothing happens. I can't hear the motor trying to go, just a clicking.

Any ideas which direction I should go with this one?

Thanks!

Mist likely that small plastic block in the track is broken. In order to replace it you need to get the whole regulator assy. When my rear window stuck down, I had a friend of mine machine out a new block for me that ended up being far stronger then the original.

Could also be that the cable for the regulator came off the spool.
