Explorer Express air dam

Has anyone installed an Explorer Express front air dam on their truck ( especially on a 99 )?

What is the installation procedure? How does it mount? How is the fit?

From what I heard with the 99-01 models, they are not available. It's been a while too! I called EE and they said they need to find a place to make them. I guess the one their truck is a prototype. The X-Spec Wing is in the same situation too. I would probably get the wing, if it ever comes out. I really don't want to spend around like $600 for a Saleen one
