Explorer Generations

Can anyone tell me what the years are for the first, second, and third generations of Explorers (the Suv's not the pickups)? Thanks

First gen is 1991-1994, second gen is 1995-2000.

First gen is 1991-1994, second gen is 1995-2001, third gen is 2002-2005, fourth gen is 2006-2010 and fifth gen is 2011-? The isn't a lot of basic chassis and drive train differences between the third and fourth gen vehicles.
