Explorer makes creaking sounds after wash

You might ask them if they'll lather it in silicone brake grease before assembly (only needed on contact areas) as that will delay this happening again.

They haven't replaced it yet as the part as to be ordered.but I greased up all rubber parts with lithium grease drove an hr away.now it's quite.wont be washing it until new parts are in.
