My 98 explorer XLT was making a load roaring noise whenever I made slow left and rigt turns. Went to the mechanic; he put in new tie rods, brakes and rotors on the front end of the truck. The car did not make noises when I made left or rigth turns. I went home. While going in reverse in order to parralel park I heard the load roaring sound again (as i turned the wheel to back in), this time coming from the rear.

Also the left back door power lock is stuck. When I press the power unlock butten the nob is stuck, and needs to be manually pulled in order to pop up. The rigt rear door power lock butten pops up, but the door still can't be opened from the inside. Needs to be opened ooutside.

Please help

1. Maybe you ran over a kitty or something... Just kidding. I don't know. Look for something rubbing. Try to narrow it down to left or right sides.

2. Could be a bad door lock actuator.

3. Check the child lock on the door latch.
