By far, the biggest recall was for the Firestone Tires which first was only for certain 15" sizes, but was later extended by Ford to include all sizes of ATX and Wilderness AT tires. If you have those, and you live in a hot climate, you should probably read the NHTSA report on them. You will want to have them replaced, because they can come apart at the tread without prior warning.
