Do a search and you'll probably find my complete encounters with them. The short of it is when I started getting close to breaking even they requested all receipts showing that I have been following the manufacturer's recommendation for maintenance. When I sent in my receipt showing that I changed my fuel filter at 45K instead of 30K they refused coverage on my rear wheel bearings and basically made it appear that nothing else would be covered again. I still ahve another 23K left on my warranty.
