Hey All,

I have a 2000 explorer eddie bauer that is black/tan. The tan is, of course, around the fenders, running boards and bumpers. I found the paint code for the black (ebony.....UA) but need the tan paint.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a paint code or a name???

Thanks,

DD

cant you look on your door?

The ONLY thing on the door label under exterior paint is "UA" and that is the black (ebony).

ford dealer body shop!

i believe this is all i got.
Harvest Gold Metallic Clearcoat which is B2

go to http://paintscratch.com/
and fill in your vehicle and it should show a swatch of it. hope this helps

I ran into this same problem on a '97 Sport I had. The running boards were rusty, and after POR15ing them, I wanted to repaint, to match the flares. I was never able to find a code, or the correct paint, before I sold it. It definitely wasn't on the door label.

Please let us know if you discover a reliable way of locating and decoding the trim paint code.

...How about posting a picture of your complete door sticker here???...

Thanks Sean99 and Celly (from the old thread).......I think that "harvest gold" is probably gonna be the ticket......i am definitely gonna find some and try it!!

This is why I love this site!!!

Thanks to All...............:bounce:
