f150 tranny will it fit

i own a 94 explorer 4.0 has the a4ld was wondering if i could put a manual tranny from an 1987 f150 which all i know has a 5.0 2wd also could it be converted to a 4x4 tranny i ask cause i have a complete parts truck

No.....it will not bolt up...

Yea....it isn't going to mate up, BUT....you could do a big swap and do the 5.0 and manual trans, it will be alot of work but has been done

EDIT: the manual trans to a 5.0 was done in a 2nd gen but 1st gens have had the 5.0 swap done in them with the explorer 5.0
