Fabbing a Winch bumper

I am going to have some of the guys that work in the shop where I work fab me a bumper. I need some of the critical specs and some suggestions on design. I plan on doing this the first of next year

Really nothing to it, make it how ever you want it. Just make sure it is beefy and the mounts to the frame are beefy with at least 3 bolts per side. I would suggest using C-channel and forming it around the front with enough room for a winch between it and the grill in the middle. Good luck.
