Failsafe after brake job solved? ?!!!!

04 Explorer EB. Replaced pads, rotors and rotated tires. No issues prior to work. Started engine and a wrench symbol showed up and failsafe mode. Rechecked all my work, of course. No issues found. Code reader kept pointing to the throttle body. I be dammed replaced the throttle body and now it runs like a new one. I hope this helps someone. .good luck!

This is a great example of a random failure that stumps you because of totally unrelated work. It is also why I don't like to work on other peoples cars, every failure for the next year is your fault.
