Falken Wheels with tax return

Ok I have plans to use my tax return money to get new wheels and tires. There 18x8 with a 35mm offset. Will I have a problem with these. I found them on a site and they have Explorer's listed as fitting with these wheels. I guess if all else fails I could get spacers. So let me know if the size and offset will be a problem thanks. I really need to order these soon.

i guess i wouldn't see you having a problem with them, as long as there listed as a size for Ford Explorers
