Figure id ask this here on my own registry hahaha instead of making a new thread. My passenger side dome light is possessed!! replaced interior with leds almost a year ago and a couple of months ago the passenger side dome light flickers whenever it wants or sometimes doesnt turn on. Sometimes i sware it goes with the beat of the music. I pulled the bulb out and it looked fine. Is it possible that the brass connections got pulled apart slightly and is only making little contact or over a bump? People get in my car and say what the hell when did you put a strobe light it. so i reply with as much attitude as possible and say thats not supposed to do that. This drives me nuts b/c everyone says something every time they get in my x

Test with another bulb and see if it does the same thing.

today is a very good day even though its very ****ty out.. i orderd sway bar links as you can see in the pic below while i was doing my fuel filter i noticed one of the sway bar links was broken and not attached. i ordered the link on sunday and they are coming today Tuesday , also yesterday i ordered a port and polished 70mm throttle body that is also coming today, i cant wait to put it in.

The sway bar links i ordered are nice and shiny chrome with blue hardware and rubber, my X has been a little rough on handeling cornering and bumps because of this, thank goodness hahah that i noticed this before it got worse.

My sway bar links have fallen out a few times. Luckily my mechanic replaces them everytime free of chrage.

Just curious what manufacturer makes your throttle body? Ill probably order one after the exhaust and headers.

i believe its acufab, its through American racing, i believe if you have the v6 it will be slightly different. this one comes with everything you need and for the v8 its a direct bolt on. Im getting this then headers, i already have intake and exhaust it should complement it nicely.

Yeah the throttle body is probably the last thing I will get. I have my money set aside for the exhaust just gotta wait till it stops raining and I will order it. Then hopefully over the summer headers

thanks alot i did the rest of the seats that are actually in the car, and i notice everytime i slip in and out of my X feels brand new, besides the cracks that are arriving on the edges that see the most use.

Not much you can really do about the cracks. As long as you maintain the leather it shouldn't continue deteriorating.

funny thing i was looking into getting those but they were out of stock or unavailable at the time, my current obession for modding is performance about 5 minutes ago i added 70mm port and polished throttle body and all i can say is wow. amazing what 2mm does, next step is jba headers and a tune...

Cool machine mate, love the note your X has! Did the new throttle body made a big difference? She get's to 50 pretty quick!
