Feels kinda sluggish HELP!

Driving the EX home from work the other day (less than 2 miles!) and turned the corner and *bam* felt like I lost all pressure. Pushed the gas all the way to the floor and it was basically crawling. Engine light didn't come on immediately, came on about 2 minutes later. Got to the light...all was well. Basic take off then *bam* lost it again...had to crawl the EX home. Just took it to the tan salon and back and seems ok, but still kinda sluggish. Didn't lose any kinda umpf, but it wasn't "normal". Changed out the MAF (with a used part) about a month and a half ago and haven't had any real problems since. I was getting a "check engine" light about once every two weeks and it would go off after a min or so. Fuel filter was changed a few weeks before we switched out the MAF.

Any ideas fellas?

Where the CEL came on, the first thing I would do would be to run the self-tests and see what problem the computer is seeing. There are three threads here (see the stickies in the Under the Hood forum and the EEC-IV forum) that describe the self-test procedure.
