few questions about half shaft replacement

I am in the process of swapping out the half shafts on my X. They came out pretty easy, but I need to know if I need to re-grease anything like the splines before I install the new ones. I have done a search but can't find what I need. If there is any thing I need to do, other than just slide the new ones back in, I would love to know so I don't F this up. Thanks

You don't need to do anything to the new shaft before reinstalling it. If you have any anti-seize handy you can put some on the splines for the outer shaft. This isn't necessary, but it does help if you ever need to remove the shaft or hub at a later date.
