Fill up the tank and won't start

Im having this problem with my explorer, whenever I fill my tank up with gas and and I go to start it to leave the gas station it doesnt want to start, it'll turn over but wont start. Usually it wont start the first time but it will start on the second try, but today it took about three times to start it, any suggetions as to what it could be?

It might be your gas cap. the breather might be clogged or is broken. Id try getting a new cap.

Listen for the fuel pump to whine before you turn the key all the way to start... make sure it's running.
