The kit comes with an isolator and I'm already runnin a 200 amp alternator. I don't really know though if you need the bigger alternator to make it work though.

I can run all 4 on my alternator but its alot of stress for it to do it.
But my plan #2 is to fab up another bracket to run a 2nd alternator. Thats another thread though.
