Okay.. well.. I finally got around to putting in that intake tube I made out of 3" PVC. It barely fit. I gave it a run around the block but didnt really feel a diffrence... which make me believe that either there was no restriction with the stock intake tube... or I have a greater restiction further down the line.. such as my heads. Ill post pictures either tonight or tomorrow... Im cant really drive it yet because I need to get a filter for valve cover... Oh... and my nice Ford Blue Alternator is now installed... pretty neat lookin... cept it makes a grinding noise at low idle... I dont know why... any ideas? I increased my idle rpm and it went away... oh well... Ill post pics soon... by they way.. on the intake... I moved my battery to the back and put the intake the the front behind the headlight...

Hey, I would love to see a pic of both of your installs you just did, especially the blue alternator. Is it an aluminum alternator with an anodized finish?

Its powdercoated... I was thinking it would be pretty rough looking.. but its pretty glossy. :) Ill take pics sometime tomorrow and post them on this thread.
