Hey all!
It's been a while since I last posted.
Well I have an odd question that I don't believe has ever been asked or done. Has anyone ever put the first gen fenders and grill/lights on a second gen? I know many have done it the other way around. Anyways just curious. I may be in the market for a second X soon (since I'll never get rid of my baby) and I just really love the first gen look but hate the first gen rust and other quirks (A4LD to name one).
My poor first gen has been through hell and back the past few months. It all started the week of x-mas. She got rear ended when PARKED in front of my house TWICE in ONE WEEK! :frustrate Then the next few months I tried to fight the insurance company because of course they wouldn't pay up what the car was worth. :fire: Then I finally bent over and took it a week ago
and accepted the check since they were threatening to not payout at all. Now I'm pretty sure my tranny (trusty A4LD) went last Friday! 
It has been SUCH a great truck but ever since the ACCIDENTS it hasn't been the same. It really chaps my a$$ too because none of what she has been through has been my fault in ANY way nor was there ANY way I could have avoided them. Maybe some day down the road I'll post my rant it is so ridiculous.
