flip down screen install

Hi has any one ever installed a flip down screen in their ex with sunroof? Any pics of installation or finished product would be nice. The reason I am asking is because the sun roof slides into the part of the head liner that I want to put the screen on. I'm not sure what kind of clearance I have.

I've seen it done w/ a sunroof.

The trick is to take the headliner off, attach a piece of 1/2 MDF to the roof braces, and then re-install the headliner. To make it look BEST, I'd do a DEEP bezeled edge so the headliner will conform a little better....then attach the flip down screen to the MDF through the headliner.
