so i searched and from what i can tell its either pump seal bad or it just got too hot hot and puked... i was in the woods climbing hills and im on 35's BTW noticed a small trail behind me stopped and saw it pouring out. so i shut it off let it cool down added fluid and started back up nothing... drove it home felt like it would kinda slip a tiny bit when it shifted. so far no more fluid pouring out needless to say ill be buying a good trans cooler and temp gauge so i can keep an eye on it any thoughts guys

On my 94, I was on a long hard road trip and overheated the trans. It puked out all its fluid in a hurry.

A few weeks of sitting later, I filled it up with fluid and it drove just fine. 20,000 miles later it has not missed a beat or leaked a drop.

If your front seal is not leaking, you got lucky like I did.

Trans cooler and temp gauge for sure. The Hayden coolers are affordable and work well inline with the stock cooler.
