So ive had my DDM tuning set in for about 2 month now, then they stopped working the other day, looked at the fuse and its blown, so i replace it. Well it blows again after turning them back on so i unhook both HIDs and it still blows a fuse. Does this mean my stock wiring fried and is melted somewhere?

I would check out the bulb sockets of the fog lights and the wiring comming out of the fogs. Your HID shouldent effect your fogs. Sounds like a moisture/short problem.

Sorry let me clarify. i put HIDs in to replace my fog lights, not my head lights.

Were they the 35 watt bulbs or the 55 watt bulbs? The 35 should not have melted your harness, but the 55 very may well have.
Either way, sounds like your harness may have melted. I would visually inspect as much wire as possible and see if it melted through at some point.

Yes they are only the 35w. so if both lights are out and its still blowing a fuse then it means that it has melted and is grounding out somewhere?
