fog light

hey i want to put HIDs on my 2003 explorer on my fog lights and want to know how i get to fog light and where to put the ballast

I have hid fogs on my 2008 explorer and I got them pro installed so i don't know where to put the ballast but would recommend some where that they wont get wet. But don't be too worried because most ballast are now water resistant or water proof. And i would recommened 3000k fogs because they will help out a lot in rain,fog,and sererve weather unlike the high k's and plus they get the most looks. I have 8000k headlights and 3000k fogs they look and work great. hope this helps thanks
