Fog lights quit working

I tried to turn them on last night. The little light in the switch indicates they are on, but no lights. The power relay buzzes for about a second then no sound, it used to click. Is it just bad and need to be replaced?

i assume u checked the bulbs to see if they were blown?
if its not the bulbs, rule out the possiblity of the relay by putting a jumper between the two wires that make contact inside the relay(dont know if that makes sense to you) and if the lights comeon, replace the relay.
