Foglight rewire

anyone got a link with the foglight rewire so that they work without the headlights being on, this is for a 2000

I think your '00 is wired to the way where you can turn your parking lights on without the headlights. My aunt's '99 Limited does that, so does the new Sports and Sport Tracs because I tried it out when I was test driving them.
