Thought you might like this, this is one of our local club member's/wife's car, one owner 60k mile all original 1968 coupe w/a 302 C-4 and dealer installed A/C.
He and his wife found out a while back that I was working for myself which worked well for him as he wanted only me to service her vehicle, this is another one which is undr my wing for hte only person to touch this gem of a car.
At first you would think that the color is hidious, but after a while, and in person this Sea Foam Green really grows on you.
It has all the original paint makings on all the parts from the factory and is just a sheer drream to work on, no rust, no damage, nothing.
Really a neat car to tool around town in and take to the shows.
Had to install rear springs to get rid of the "Saggy Butt" syndrome.
Subruban you ask?
The 2001 Suburban is one of my neighbours, as you can tell it's hard not to skirt the fact that I do automotive work, he came by asking how much I would install a motor for, as his decided to unemployee it's self.
I turned him on to my former place of employment Anderson Auto Salvage and they sold him a 40k mile motor for $800 with warranty since I was installing it.
He's getting out for under $1200 and will be giving it back to his wife today as a mother's day gift
Now if I could just get kiddo to mow the damn lawn
