That is cool, I do not know if all the issues are on the mass produced lower units like the base and XLT. The timberline seems to have a lot more sound deadening material in it and generates a lot less road noise even with all terrain tires. The timberline mirror projectors are mice touch as well. I think the ST and the Timberline models appear to be better built. Could go for the ST lines as well.
